Each school year we ask for a new set of forms for each student. This year the forms have changed slightly and require a copy of your student’s insurance card. The revised conduct covenant has some clarifications about dress code and PDA. Also, there is a new section for our driving students taken from our Safe Sanctuary policy. Please go over this form carefully with your student.
This covenant was written with the input of the Tucker First United Methodist Church youth group in the spring of 2008. It is applicable to ALL youth events including UMYF, Sunday School, Explore, retreats and mission projects for one school year. Must be initialed by parents and students.
