Frequently Asked Questions

What Time Are Services? Traditional worship services are at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary. Table 153 (our contemporary worship service) is at 11:00 a.m. in the Activities Center (4315 Church Street).

How Do I Get to the Church? We're easy to find! Tucker First UMC is in northeast metro Atlanta - in Tucker, GA - on LaVista Road just over 2 miles outside the 285 perimeter. Complete directions and map. Need some help finding your way around once you're here? Check out what's in our three buildings on the building maps page. The two floor maps of our main building show you where our elevator is and will help you locate rooms.

What Do Kids Do in Sunday School? For our kids K-5, the answer depends on which Treasure Seekers workshop they are in this week!

Learn more... Are your kids older? Check out our youth section. Infants 6 weeks to children age 3 go to our Nurseries. A beeper system helps to alert parents in the building of special needs of their infants and young children.

What About Adult Classes? We have such a wonderful variety of adult classes that we're sure you'll feel at home in one of them. Check out our current Sunday School classes and come visit! We also offer a variety of Bible Studies throughout the year.
