Small Groups

Smaller group settings offer us a chance to get to know each other beyond the "hi, how are you?" question and the "I'm fine" answer. Learn about our Sunday School classes and small-group Bible studies in the Education area of our site. Our outstanding music and drama programs also offer wonderful opportunities to get together in smaller groups.

Here are some other smaller groups for our journey together.

Craft 'n Chat

Meet with us in Jenkins Hall the first Friday of every month at 7:00 p.m. until 11 p.m. for an evening of well, crafting and chatting! Free table workspace! Bring your own project and enjoy fellowship while accomplishing a favorite hobby. No need to be on time or stay the entire time. All are invited, so come! Enjoy your hobby with new friends! Poetry Guild

Love poetry? Come to the monthly poetry guild meetings. First Monday of each month in the Parlor.

Support Groups

Diabetes Support Group meets the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in room 204
Grief Support Group meets the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Parlor. Some dates may be adjusted around holidays - check the calendar and events page for the latest information.

United Methodist Women (UMW)

A community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole personsthrough jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. Our UMW Circles meet September - June:

The Ambassadors Group - meets at 10 am in the Wesley Center the third Tuesday of each month except March, June and December when it meets the second Tuesday of the month. A covered dish luncheon follows at noon.

The Wesleyan Group - meets the second Monday of every month in the evening, usually in room 206 at 7p.m., but see the Church calendar for each month's location.
